We are a newly formed Website that provides 'Help Directories' for anyone who is struggling Mentally or otherwise. We direct you to professional Councillors and Therapists. We would like to be known as a place of safety where people can find help and support in their own safe space. Nobody needs to be alone, and there is ALWAYS a way out of the darkest of places. We also cover other topics, such as alcohol and drug abuse, domestic violence, the cost of living crisis and much more. We have trawled the internet to find as many experts as we can, and we're always on the look out for new organisations that wish to be added; or new ideas for new 'Help Directories'.
