ABOUT BABY STEPS MATERNITY & RUTH My name is Ruth Asare, a mum of two, an experienced and OCN qualified Post Natal Carer/ Maternity Nurse. I'm specialised in sleep training, feeding/ breastfeeding support, setting routines and more. I have a paediatric first aid certificate, an up to date DBS Check, a maternity nurse insurance and also a member of the ABBP ( Association of Birth and Baby Professionals).
Being a mum and with my many years working as a maternity nurse, I understand how having a baby can be both exciting and stressful at the same time. Therefore these with my passion, strong working ethics and many other reasons founded Baby Steps Maternity. Providing pre and post natal one on one support, guidance and care to expectant mothers, new mothers and their babies. I also run baby workshops in my local community centre.
