Our clean and modern facility offers a fresh and exciting climbing experience for people of all abilities.
Not only does Chimera Climbing Centre provide an exhilarating climbing environment, with a variety of different surfaces, and a range of modern facilities, we also run a complete range of beginner's courses.
We insist on high quality and regular route setting from renowned professional guest setters.
The Centre has a full-size competition wall, top-out boulder, a roof section, a dedicated training area with campus board, circuit board with sport routes, 40 Degree board, finger boards and more.
We host our own regular competitions, and organise team events at other venues.
You can hire climbing shoes from reception, so you don't need any special equipment or training.
Just turn-up and climb!

"Absolutely love this place. I started climbing about 3 weeks ago and I am totally addicted. For me the climbing offers a great way to exercise and of course to meet new people that are similar in mindset!
