About us After more than twenty years of delivering solutions to companies in London, I fell upon the problem that there were too many answers being offered today and not enough time to implement them.

As you take someone out of his or her work environment to complete a full-day's training course, you are taking away from the tasks they must perform for that day. You, therefore, are creating more of a problem than there was before the offering of the course.

Shawna and I spent much time contemplating the best way to implement change and create a more successful work environment. Together, we came up with The Success Company.

The Success Company is different from any other training company on the market, in that we value your time and responsibilities. All of our courses are 2.5 hours long, to ensure we impede on your time and workload as little as possible. These condensed courses also allow you to implement the principles taught before moving on.

It takes 21 days to make a habit, so how can we believe that one day of training without guided implementation could ever be successful. We want to see you succeed and are available to support and encourage clients via phone and Web to make sure they achieve the goals they set out to accomplish in our courses.

Our Vision After two decades of training, business analysis and hundreds of projects, I know training does not fix problems in business, neither do thousands of hours of analysis nor projects and programmes. It is people who fix problems. Let us focus on people, and they will train, build and create the solutions.
