At The London Nanny Company, we understand that each family is different and that you will have your own list of qualities which you are seeking in a Nanny. We will listen carefully to your requirements, give guidance where appropriate, and then thoroughly match your individual needs against the
candidates who are registered with us.
We will also advertise your position to attract as many high calibre applicants as possible who will then be interviewed by our Consultants specifically for your position. This is a very personal selection service and allows our staff to use their expertise and training to put together a shortlist of candidates who most closely meet the job specification you have given us.
We will then e-mail the candidate's CV to you together with the Interview Report from the Consultant and any other relevant documentation. References and photographs can also be sent at this stage if required.
Following receipt of the candidate details, we will arrange interviews for you to meet them. We will then discuss your feedback on each candidate and arrange 2nd interviews if required.
If none of the candidates put forward to you were suitable, we will continue to submit appropriate details of new candidates. We will continue this process until you are satisfied with your choice.

All candidates who seek to join The London Nanny Company must have relevant work experience and qualifications, together with a fully checkable work history. We believe it is vital to get to know our candidates as thoroughly as possible in order to
determine their strengths and suitability for each position. All applicants to our agency are carefully interviewed by one of our qualified Consultants who will then produce their own individual report on each person they meet.
If a personal interview is not possible, for example due to the location of the candidate, then they will undergo a thorough telephone interview, on the understanding that a face-to-face interview with us at a later date is obligatory, and certainly prior to any client interviews taking place.
At the interview, all candidates are required to provide original documentation to prove their identification together with original qualification certificates, including Paediatric First Aid. A fully Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau Disclosure (Police Check) must also be produced or will be processed by The London Nanny Company.
Following the interview, full references will be taken by our experienced
Administrators from as many of the candidate's past employers as possible.

To register with us, you must have at least 3 years Nanny experience in the UK, have an excellent command of the English language and permitted to work in the UK to be considered for any of our positions.
