Good food at a good price is what we want to be known for and we're creating the kind of place we look for, a welcoming restaurant where you can relax, whatever the occasion, and not break the bank, a well-loved 'flexible friend', somewhere to celebrate with family and friends and equally a boltholefor a bite-to-eat to escape the washing-up at home. Much of our seasonal menu and specials will change daily as the great local produce and new ingredients arrive. Have a look at our sample selection here to get a flavour of what we offer. Our cooking might be described as 'Modern British', but put more simply, it's the food we like to eat. Sitting on the site of a centuries-old coaching inn, The Bell At Sax' itself is an early Victorian listed building, dating back to 1842.
