Called them out to repair my bathroom basin tap. The guy they sent round was utterly useless and caused a leak which went into my living room. He then took a photo of the stained ceiling in my living room. A few days later I spoke to his manager about his sloppy work, only to be told his employee made a record of the stained ceiling before he started work, what a complete and despicable liar he had working for him. Won't be going near this cowboy outfit ever again and have warned all my neighbours and local relatives to steer well clear of them.
