Tesco at Highams Park has performed superbly during lockdown. It is a very well organised store, It's management team are completely on the ball, helping to create a very rich experience for the customers and staff alike. Everyone knows what they are doing, and this adds to the overall experience and warm atmosphere. Staff have been almost pastoral towards customers, particularly the elderly and children. They appear happy and valued. The queueing sytem was organised very well and very quickly, ahead of the game by far in comparison with rival stores. It has been orderly and professional, and as a regular customer I feel well treated and valued. The shopping experience for me has been pleasant and rewarding under difficult circumstances and I can tell this is an exceptionally well run store. I feel they need to be congratulated because this is clearly the result of a very high standard of business performance, from the top down . Roger Daniells-Smith, Larkshall Road.
