A genuine taste of Sicily's unique cafe culture
Olivelli's owners Giovanni and Salvatore Salamone created the Caffe Paradiso concept to give Londoners a genuine taste of their unique Sicilian cafe culture - not just its atmosphere but also its food. The delicious savouries and patisserie are handmade to authentic regional recipes, and the ingredients for the seriously addictive gelato are sourced in Sicily and made by Sicilian chefs in London.

About Us Typical CP treats are Arancine (balls of rice made with mozarella and a choice of fillings, coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried); Focaccia with a variety of fillings; Olivelli's famous Sicilian meat balls (from a recipe by the Salamones' grandmother), and diet-buster patisserie such as Torte Paradiso (one for the chocoholics!) and Cannoli: sugar-coated ricotta in a continental wafer. Should you happen to be on your own, there are plenty of books to dip into on the shelves! Another individual touch which gives the brand its defining character.

Sicilian Delicacies We sell a range of delicatessen products in our caffès in Bloomsbury and Shad Thames, all of which are made by artisan producers in Sicily. It includes sauces, extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil, olives, bruschetta toppings, oregano, sun-dried tomatoes, jam, honey and conserves.
