About Us... Based in South London Helen Phelan Bespoke Design and Build has been operating for some years in the Greater London Area.

Tailored to their environment, original designs for windows, shutters and portable screens. The lead light craft has a long tradition
that can be used in a wholly modern way.

There is no substitute for the intensity of the effect produced by the passage of
sunlight through coloured glass; a piece changes the space it inhabits completely. Add to that the subtlety and individuality of hand made glass
and you have a unique and ever changing 'event' going on under your eyes.

A particular interest is in how seasonal changes in daylight affect the experience of the work. Although it is the tangible object that creates the
experience, its value lies in the intangible, that is, in its effects. Interior/exterior, there's really no limit to the changes that can be made in an environment by light modulation.
