Pad thai We sell Thai Street Food from a mobile van - normally located at the upper Viaduct Car park, Nelson Bridge Carlisle. We specialise in Pad Thai (noodle dishes)which are cooked fresh to order. We also provide Specials of the day such as Thai curries which are generally ready to go. We operate at lunchtimes in the Winter and will look at Tea Times / early evenings in Summer

Pad Thai is our signature dish. Noodle based with Beansprouts, special recipe PadThai Sauce, Topped with Peanuts and spiced as YOU like it. It can be Vegetarian or with Pork, Chicken or Prawn. We also do superb homemade Spring Rolls and fantastic special Thai Curries - with Masaman and Green Curry our speciality.
