About Us We are a 'not for profit' independent fostering agency, which was founded in 2002 by a couple of directors who had a desire to provide the right kind of support to foster carers to enable them to provide a consistent level of care for children and young people who could not live with their birth parents. The founders are both qualified social workers, one with extensive experience in social care for looked after children.
