Where do I even begin to review Dave's Independent Trotters sausage varieties or to those who know "Dave The Sausage" (or for the purposes of the tape/review, DTS). DTS makes the best sausages (and sausage meat) I have ever consumed and almost all varieties are entirely Gluten Free. From his Welsh Dragons, through Olde English to hot & spicy, these flavours jump out at you as you savour them. All the way to the usual suspects (by name only), such as the Pork & Leek and the properly hot and spicy, hot & spicy's.. All that said, my personal favourite has to be the Pork & Coriander. Which is simply mind blowing. Keep up the fantastic work and your amazing tastes DTS, your working wonders out there. Look forward to seeing you in Herne Bay in Jan..
