Do not use this company. My mum aged 80 called the Hornchurch branch for an estimate on a faulty boiler . Steve arrived , he looked at the boiler and gave the opinion that it needed replacing , he repeated this many times without carrying out any testing or work on it. He asked my mum for a £1000 deposit to replace it. That evening my mum who can't afford this anyway called Tom from the same branch to cancel the job and return her deposit also my sister called the following day and also spoke to Tom who said he would post cheque thru the letterbox in 6 days time . Now it is 10 days later and more phone calls to Tom and despite him promising twice to post cheque my mum still has not had her deposit of £1000 returned. So Please avoid this branch at all costs because they seem to have no problem cheating OAP's out of their savings and providing false info to get money from you. FYI the following day a different company came and fixed the fault for £80.
