"We decided to contact S.M. Berry Building Contractors Ltd to demolish our conservatory and replace it with a single storey extension to our lounge, after looking at two of his previous projects.
We would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team. He has an extremely well organised company that specialises in extensions. The eleven week contract included removal of two roof windows and providing a new window upstairs, and additional insulation to the loft. The contract Was completed approximately 2 weeks early.
The brick work, rendering, plastering and painting internally and externally are of a high standard. The extension has been tiled to provide a continuous run from the existing lounge with no evidence of a join.
Each day work commenced at 7.30 am and the team worked through continuously until 3.30 - 4pm. They did not stop for extended tea
breaks. The project was subdivided into clear stages, and deliveries of building materials organised no delays to the work schedule."
