Humiliated for trying to use baby changing facilities

On visiting your coffee shop in Commercial Street, Shorditch, East London this afternoon, we were greeted by an extremely rude lady barista who claimed to be the manager; though when checked with another local Costa, found out the manager was a man???? Was shouted at and talked over by this ill mannered represenative of Costa before I could even finish my first question!! What was the issue I hear you ask? The fact that I tried to ask if the toilet had a code for entry as I had a 2 year old baby that needed his nappy changed, I was told to go use a public toilet and that it was disgusting that I walk in off the street expecting to use their toilet even though I pointed out that my wife and baby were fourth in the line waiting to order drinks!!!!
