Ordered mail-order from these cowboys, and they send items poorly packaged, resulting in damaged collectable items. We returned these very well-packed in bubble wrap; they then spent days making excuses that they hadn't received the item back, then tried to refund us, partially blaming us for their total lack of care and packing initially. The attitude was appalling from Start to finish, which you tend to get from these should have retired years ago model shop owners who are bitter with everyone and the world.
